3-Month Minimum Commitment & Cancellation Policy
1. The Conditional Discount By selecting the "Subscribe & Save" option, you acknowledge that you are receiving a 25% discount on each order. This discount is provided strictly contingent upon a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive orders.
2. Flexibility & Notice Requirements You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- 24-Hour Notice Rule: To pause or modify a specific shipment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date or do this via customer portal.
- Late Requests: If you contact us after a charge has been processed, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the shipment. If the order has already entered our shipping queue, it cannot be cancelled. You can contact us via email info@mygooddose.com or customer@mygooddose.com
3. Early Cancellation & Refund Logic If you choose to cancel before your third order has been fulfilled, you agree to pay a "Discount Recovery Adjustment." This amount is equal to the savings you received on previous orders (the difference between the Standard Price and the Subscription Price).
How we handle the charges:
- Scenario A (Cancellation via Invoice): If you cancel between billing cycles, we will send you an invoice for the adjustment.

Scenario B (Cancellation after a Charge): If you request cancellation after a renewal charge has occurred but before the order has shipped, we will cancel the current shipment and issue a Partial Refund.
- The Math: We will refund the amount you just paid, minus the Discount Recovery Adjustment owed from your previous orders.
- (Net Result: You get your money back for the undelivered product, less the price adjustment for the previous delivered products).
4. Renewal After Commitment Once your third order has been successfully processed, your subscription commitment is complete. Your plan will continue on a month-to-month basis, and you will retain your 25% discount for all future orders.
No Further Obligations: You may cancel, pause, or adjust your delivery frequency at any time without penalty.
